1. Who is responsible
Capmino is developed and operated by Sergey Ospanov. Questions and privacy requests can be sent to ospanov.develop@gmail.com.
-
2. Data Capmino processes
To provide the editing workflow, Capmino processes the videos you select, audio tracks from those videos, generated and manually entered captions, hook text, project settings, thumbnails, and exported clips. This content remains in local app storage or in a destination you choose, such as Photos, Files, or the iOS share sheet.
Capmino does not send this content to Sergey Ospanov or to developer-controlled servers.
-
3. Speech recognition
Capmino uses Apple Speech to transcribe the audio track of a selected video. Depending on the language, device, and current Apple service availability, iOS may process speech on the device or use Apple’s network-backed speech services. Apple controls that processing under its own terms and privacy practices. Capmino does not receive your audio or transcript back from Apple outside the result delivered to the app on your device.
-
4. Photos and Files access
Photo import uses Apple’s system picker, which gives Capmino access only to the video you select. File import gives access only to the file you select through the system interface. When you ask Capmino to save an export to Photos, the app requests add-only Photo Library permission. Capmino does not request full Photo Library access.
-
5. Purchases and subscriptions
Capmino Pro purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store and StoreKit. Capmino reads the subscription status needed to unlock features, but does not collect payment card details. Apple may provide the developer with sales and subscription reports through App Store Connect; those reports are governed by Apple’s services and policies.
-
6. Support messages
If you email support, Sergey Ospanov receives the email address, message, and attachments you choose to send. This information is used to respond, diagnose the reported issue, protect the service from abuse, and keep a record of the support conversation when necessary. You may request deletion of support correspondence by emailing the address above, subject to any legal recordkeeping obligations.
-
7. Analytics, tracking, advertising, and sharing
This support website is hosted on Cloudflare Pages. Cloudflare may process technical request data, including IP addresses and traffic information, to deliver and protect the website under its privacy policy. Capmino does not add website analytics, advertising or tracking scripts. Opening this website does not upload your videos or projects.
Capmino does not include third-party analytics, advertising, tracking, or social-login SDKs. Capmino does not sell personal information. It does not share your video or project content with the developer or data brokers. Apple system services and any destination you choose from the iOS share sheet operate under their own privacy terms.
-
8. Storage and deletion
Project records and imported original videos may be included in iOS backups according to your device settings. Capmino excludes rebuildable app-managed exports and thumbnails from those backups. Copies saved to Photos, Files or another app follow that destination's rules.
Local projects remain on your iPhone until you delete them in Capmino or remove the app. Removing the app normally removes its local app data. Clips that you exported to Photos, Files, or another app remain there until you delete them from that destination.
-
9. Security
Capmino relies on iOS app sandboxing and system data-protection mechanisms for local storage. No method of storage is guaranteed to be completely secure, so keep your device and Apple Account protected and install current iOS security updates.
-
10. Children
Capmino is not directed specifically to children and does not knowingly collect personal information from children through a developer-operated service. Parents or guardians with a concern can contact the developer at the address above.
-
11. Your choices and requests
You can refuse or revoke Speech Recognition and Photos permissions in iOS Settings, though related features may stop working. You can delete local projects in Capmino, remove exported files from their destinations, uninstall the app, or contact the developer about support correspondence.
-
12. Changes to this policy
This policy may be updated when Capmino’s data practices or legal obligations change. The updated version will be published on this page with a new effective date. If a future version collects new categories of data, the policy and applicable in-app disclosures will be updated before that collection begins.
